Submissions 

We want to hear from our visitors and we both value and welcome your comments regarding our products and services. Please be as specific as possible in your submissions. However, we cannot accept or consider creative ideas or materials, other than those specifically requested by SpatialQ Inc. We do not accept these ideas or materials to avoid future misunderstandings in the event projects developed by our staff are believed by others to be similar to their own creative work. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you refrain from sending us any unsolicited creative ideas related to our existing products or ideas for new products and services.  
 
If, at our request, you send specific submissions (e.g. postings to boards or responses to specific surveys questions) or, despite our request to the contrary, you send us creative suggestions, ideas or materials, your submissions shall be deemed the exclusive property of SpatialQ Inc. As such, SpatialQ shall be entitled to use such submissions without restriction and for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial, without any compensation to the submissions' provider.

SpatialQ controls this Site from its offices in Edmonton, Alberta. By accessing this Site, you agree that any legal action pertaining to the use of this Site or information contained herein shall be governed by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada. You further agree that jurisdiction and venue over any cause of action or claim arising out of or directly or indirectly relating to this Site shall be in the provincial or federal courts in Edmonton, Alberta. You may not access, download, use or export the information in violation of Canada export laws or regulations, or in violation of any applicable local laws or regulations. Any failure by SpatialQ to insist upon or enforce strict performance of one or more of these terms shall not mean that SpatialQ has waived its right to do so.
