This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for the SpatialQ web site located at http://www.spatialq.com/ (“the Site”). 

Thank you for visiting the SpatialQ Web site. Protecting consumer privacy is very important to us. Our Online Privacy Statement is designed to inform you about our online collection and use of personal information. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this privacy statement at any time. Any modifications will be posted at this same location, and are effective immediately upon posting. Use and Security of Your Information

The Site uses a form that asks the user for contact information, including name, company name, e-mail address, postal code and phone number. 

When you are on our Site and are asked for personally identifiable information, you are sharing that information with SpatialQ alone, unless otherwise stated. The only contact (typically by phone or email) the user will receive from SpatialQ is to follow up on business inquires regarding our products and services, respond to feedback, respond to requests for information or respond to a submitted resume. We may also use your comments to improve the Site. 

When you visit our website, our computers may automatically collect statistics about your visit. This information does not identify you personally, but rather about a visit to our Site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit or Site, the user's IP address, which pages people visit, from which domains our visitors come and which browsers people use. Browser Information

As is standard practice for most websites, SpatialQ analyzes its website logs to improve the value of its Site. These files automatically log such information as IP addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exiting pages, platform type, data/time stamp, and # of clicks. Our web site logs do not contain, nor are they tied to, any personally identifiable information about any of our Site visitors. 

Cookies

SpatialQ uses a Session ID cookie solely to facilitate efficient site navigation and improve your experience on the SpatialQ Inc. web site. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that SpatialQ Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected to this Site. 

SpatialQ Communications

SpatialQ maintains email lists to keep individuals informed about SpatialQ, breaking events, upcoming dates or other issues related to SpatialQ. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing list (for example, by checking the appropriate box within our “Contact Us” form). We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our lists or any additional contact information collected on the Site to anyone. In addition, our databases are restricted to authorized SpatialQ staff. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe. Please see the “Choice and Opt-out” section. 

Choice/Opt-Out

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by simply emailing us at info@spatialq.com. 

Update Information

SpatialQ does not store user and/or customer information online or make it available for online update. As a result, you will not be able to actively update your personal information. If you would like to update your information, please contact an SpatialQ representative at info@spatialq.com. 

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Site so users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If, in addition, we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use our information in this different manner. 

Disclosure of customer information and communications

SpatialQ will not disclose its customers' personal information unless SpatialQ has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of SpatialQ, SpatialQ's customers, or others, or where SpatialQ has a good-faith belief that the law requires such a disclosure. 

SpatialQ may also disclose electronic customer communications when:

• It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of SpatialQ and its customers;
• It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of SpatialQ and its customers;
• It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by SpatialQ and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.

SpatialQ does not intend to censor, edit or engage in surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. SpatialQ will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm SpatialQ, its customers or third parties.
